derivative works contained in a composition is the responsibility of the buyer.
Exclusive License ($50-$200) An exclusive license allows you to record a song over the purchased beat for both multiple commercial and non-profit use (demos, albums, mixtapes, websites, radio broadcasts, soundtracks, performances). However, an exclusive license does not allow you to re-sell the beat or transfer the rights to the beat. Once payment is received, you will be sent an untagged full length version of the beat in high quality .wav format and a contract granting you exclusive rights to the beat. The purchased beat will be removed from this website and no one else will be able to purchase it. Non-Exclusive License ($20) Also known as leasing, a non-exclusive license allows you to record a song over the purchased beat for unlimited non-profit use but limited commerical use (demos, albums, mixtapes, websites, etc.). However, with a non-exclusive license you do not OWN the leased beat, which may be leased again until an exclusive license is purchased. Once payment is received, you will be sent an untagged full length version of the beat in high quality .mp3 format and a contract granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. Custom ($200+) The price for a custom beat is $200+. We even offer discounts for multiple track orders. There is a 50% deposit to start production and the remaining will be due when the beat has been completed.
